Ordered for Valentine's Day. Order confirmed with delivery date clearly stated. Nothing. Emailed customer services on 15th and 16th Feb, both responses say will strive to respond withing 2 business hours. Am still waiting. Evro, their chosen courier, had apologised for not being able to deliver at 10.09 on Valentine's Day morning!?! Shoddy, useless and can get nothing out of them. I feel robbed of a pretty hefty sum of money. Stay Away.
