I’ve been trying to contact you but have failed to do so. I ordered the flowers to be delivered on the Thursday as I knew my sister-in-law would not be at home on the Friday, her birthday.
However I had a message on Thursday to say sorry your flowers couldn’t be delivered to but you should receive them tomorrow (Friday). I saw my sister-in-law on her birthday and asked her if she had received the. Horror of horrors she said on the Thursday evening her neighbour knocked the door with a very battered box of flowers saying, she was on her way home from work, saw something in the road, stopped the car, picked it up and found it was an opened box of flattened flowers addressed to my sister-in-law! They were found quite a way from my sister-in-laws home. Unfortunately she put the lot in the bin as they were not recoverable.
In the past I have ordered flowers from you a number of times and I’ve never had reason to complain before, they have always been perfect, hence the reason to order from you this time.
However I am more than disappointed, I’m not blaming you directly, it’s obviously the fault of the courier. May I suggest you check with whoever that was. My sister-in-law said it looked as though they had been run over by a vehicle.
A shocking state of affairs and would appreciate your comments please.
