Serenade is a total scam. I bought jeans for my grandson for Christmas, but they were too small, so I returned them for an exchange. I witnessed him trying them on, and he couldn't even pull them up. They received the return on December 31st. After emailing them three times, I finally got a response on January 14th. They had the audacity to claim I returned them without tags and said they would return them if I paid for shipping or suggested I donate them. This comes after I paid for the jeans and a $34 restocking fee. I'm reporting them to my credit card company. I will never buy from them again. I wish I had checked the reviews first.
