Frustrating Experience with the Service

I had a frustrating experience with the service. I bought jeans for my grandson as a Christmas gift, but they were too small. I returned them for an exchange and witnessed him trying them on; he couldn't even pull them up. They received the return on December 31st. After emailing them three times, I finally heard back on January 14th. They claimed I returned them without tags and offered to send them back if I paid for shipping or suggested I donate them. This was after I had already paid for the jeans and a $34 restocking fee. I'm reporting this to my credit card company. I will never shop with them again. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand.

Serenade Is a Scam

Serenade is a total scam. I bought jeans for my grandson for Christmas, but they were too small, so I returned them for an exchange. I witnessed him trying them on, and he couldn't even pull them up. Unacceptable Return Policy

My son bought a pair of jeans and tried them on, but they were too short for him. After packing them up and sending them back with the RMA, he received an email saying the return was rejected due to them being 'unfit for resale' because they supposedly smelled worn. This is ridiculous and insulting. He won’t be shopping with them again.

Terrible Service

I ordered £300 worth of items, but never received them. The tracking number was useless, and after contacting them, they just redirected me to the shipping service, which had no record of the items being shipped. They are a bad company.

Beware of Returns

IF YOU BUY SOMETHING, BE PREPARED TO KEEP IT. IF YOU NEED TO RETURN IT, THEY WILL REJECT YOUR REQUEST. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. A reputable company would accept returns even without all the tags. They claimed the jeans I returned had a smell, which is a complete fabrication.
