I had a frustrating experience with the service. I bought jeans for my grandson as a Christmas gift, but they were too small. I returned them for an exchange and witnessed him trying them on; he couldn't even pull them up. They received the return on December 31st. After emailing them three times, I finally heard back on January 14th. They claimed I returned them without tags and offered to send them back if I paid for shipping or suggested I donate them. This was after I had already paid for the jeans and a $34 restocking fee. I'm reporting this to my credit card company. I will never shop with them again. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand.
