I am happy with the customer service. Quick to respond and offered options to make things right. My size was too small, I think they run small. I was offered the option to get a larger size, free, no returns of other product. The other option was to send pads to help with absorbency because they do not keep me dry. But they can only take care of one option at a time. So the customer service has been very helpful. I look forward to getting the more comfortable size and the proper absorbency. Then I will write another review.
