What a disappointment!
The panties don't hold more than 1/4 cup of urine,
They leak on the sides, allowing slacks to get wet.
The merch arrives without a receipt or a shipping list or invoice, so how do I return them - and do you want all 10, or only the 9 dry ones?

I have COPD and developed a persistent cough that was causing mild leakage. These underwear have truly made a difference in my daily life. They’ve given me the confidence to go out again without constantly worrying.I now own 20 pairs because they’re that reliable. They’re incredibly absorbent and soft, and unlike traditional pads, they keep my skin dry and free from odour. They also wash beautifully and dry quickly, which makes them even more practical.I’m very grateful to have found them. Thank you!
I am happy with the customer service. Quick to respond and offered options to make things right. My size was too small, I think they run small. I was offered the option to get a larger size, free, no returns of other product. The other option was to send pads to help with absorbency because they do not keep me dry. But they can only take care of one option at a time. So the customer service has been very helpful. I look forward to getting the more comfortable size and the proper absorbency. Then I will write another review.
Customers service was great. I sent an email to Serenelle underwear co late evening and received response the next morning. They offered to send me larger size and told me I didn't need to return other package..that I could keep them.. donate..or share w a friend. Love the variety of the colors..very pretty. Can't wait to try them
I have been using another underwear for the same reason. When I saw this ad I wanted to try. I ordered the wrong size but the company immediately said they would send a larger size. That is great customer service. These panties actually are pretty and look like a regular panty you might buy. I'm anxiously waiting to try these. Will review again when they arrive if I need to. With the others I still had to wear pads. What a blessing it will be if I don't.
