Sensora Triple Wave - ordered on 19th Jan - received and charged up 27th Jan (difficult to charge with magnetic connection because item can be used in water). Light was on after 8-12 hours charging. It could not be turned on. Whatever I tried - NIL. The item looked and felt as described but NEVER worked. I immediately emailed the company 27th Jan on info @serenevibe-uk.com. Repeatedly over last month I have resent email of complaint asking for a full refund and exchange - then refund only. NOTHING - NO RESPONSE. Will have to go through my credit card company
