RIP off…This company makes a point of saying that this toy is the best thing ever yet it doesn’t even come close to a £10 bullet toy. To be frank it couldn’t lick a stamp, not sure if the reviews on the ad are genuine or from people who get off when their mobile vibrates.
At £60 it is an absolute rip off and of course you have to try it to find out if it’s any good and then you can’t send it back for obvious hygiene reasons, so please do not waste your money or time on this as it’s extremely disappointing and underwhelming.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY - Sensora Triple Wave

Sensora Triple Wave - ordered on 19th Jan - received and charged up 27th Jan (difficult to charge with magnetic connection because item can be used in water). Light was on after 8-12 hours charging. It could not be turned on. Whatever I tried - NIL. The item looked and felt as described but NEVER worked. I immediately emailed the company 27th Jan on info @serenevibe-uk.com. Repeatedly over last month I have resent email of complaint asking for a full refund and exchange - then refund only. NOTHING - NO RESPONSE. Will have to go through my credit card company

I live with my adult daughter, so discretion was non-negotiable. With a bit of background music, you genuinely can’t hear a thing. I was worried, turns out it’s a non-issue.

SCAMMERS !! Fake reviews too .

Complete ‘SCAM ARTISTS’ 😡! Tried getting a refund on a product which cost me £50. The email supplied for refunds is exactly the same one they send for feedback.. yet if you send an email to ‘return’ they BLOCK YOU!! Nasty scammers …. SHAME ON YOU

Washed to return item

Wanted to return item. They say you can within 30 days but all emails bounce back. Looks cheap and very loud so not what they describe it to be. I will be contacting my credit card company
