Customer service is severely lacking

I recieved this product and it was working great, but it would not charge. It seemed as if the charging port was faulty. I contacted the company and asked them if they could replace it. I got a response asking for video of the item on charge, which i sent back. This was in August 2021, and since then I have sent 7 emails regularly asking for updates, and a further 4 emails to other email addresses i have found. I have not had a single reply since. The product is fine if it works, but dont count on any kind of customer service should you need them as you just get ignored.
