Shocking experience. Bought due to a celebrity advertising it and one use on the lowest setting and my face was covered in bruises.Contacted the company and was ignored several time contacted the celebrity and she has indicated that it shouldn’t do this and anyone this happens to is due a refund. Of course the company is ignoring my emailsI have now contacted a legal team who are contacting the company for compensation. This has went on far too long! Since March / April and still no reply! I am disgusted what a horrible company!!! Such bad customer service
