I bought my wife an earring and necklace set trying to suprise her, unfortunately my wife didn't like the style of the ones I picked out. I contacted there customer service department and they let me exchange them for a set that my wife picked, even though there was absolutely nothing wrong with the products or anything they did wrong, Serene Western made the whole process very very easy. We have ordered 3 pair of rings a few years ago and my wife loves the quality of there product, we will definitely be buying from Serene Western again and again.
