The jewelry is beautiful. However, the ring sizing is not equal to typical US ring sizes and the return/exchange process is unnecessarily difficult (way too many steps/emails back and forth).

Absolutely the very best customer service experience

I bought my wife an earring and necklace set trying to suprise her, unfortunately my wife didn't like the style of the ones I picked out. I contacted there customer service department and they let me exchange them for a set that my wife picked, even though there was absolutely nothing wrong with the products or anything they did wrong, Serene Western made the whole process very very easy. We have ordered 3 pair of rings a few years ago and my wife loves the quality of there product, we will definitely be buying from Serene Western again and again. Thank you Serene Western Customer Service, you guys are GREAT!!!!

Beautiful ring and great customer service

I love the nebula drop ring I purchased, but it was a little small. The company agreed to exchange it, even if I had thrown away the box. I am impatient to receive the right size in order to wear it. The ring is just gorgeous!

Amazing product and service

I ordered what I thought was the correct size, however it was too large. The ring is beautiful so I requested an exchange. Zoey was amazing in helping me to identify the right size and when I had trouble returning due to tariffs from Australia, she offered a solution straight away. I would definitely order more from Serene, the Nebula ring is stunning

Stellar Customer Experience with Excellent Product

I ordered a beautifully crafted ring, the Nebula Drop Ring, from Serene Western. It arrived quickly and the packaging was beautiful. When I tried it on, I realized I accidentally forgot to take into account that it is a wider band, which means I should have ordered one size larger. When I reached out to their support and offered to exchange the ring for a larger size, they blew me away by their response. They told me to keep the ring I received and they would send me a size larger at no extra cost! I am TOTALLY WOWed by their stellar customer service. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.
