We arranged a pamper day for a 60th birthday celebration with a group of 8. The overall experience, from the booking process to the treatments we enjoyed, was outstanding. The two professionals who attended were punctual and did an amazing job. We were all very pleased with the entire experience. Thank you to the team!
I contacted Serenity for treatments for a Hen Do. Communication was quick and efficient. Jo was great and answered any questions I had. There were a wide range of options for treatments, these varied in length and price. I think the prices were very reasonable, especially as the treatment was being carried out at the chosen location. Karen arrived on the day, she was so lovely and made everyone feel comfortable. The treatments were a highlight of the weekend. I couldn't recommend Serenity enough.
Really great service, I originally had to re-book due to Covid, Jo was extremely understanding and I was so glad to be able to finally have my pamper party. The therapists were lovely and created a nice calming environment with music and nice smells. They were on time and were accommodating when having a slight change of location last minute. Jo and the team were timely with their responses and answering any questions during the booking process. I highly recommend Serenity Pamper Parties!
I needed a last minute Valentine’s Day booking and this organisation was brilliant. Sholpan was the perfect person for my mum’s special day, she loved every minute they had together and really enjoyed all her treatments. She couldn’t rate her highly enough. Thanks for sending her!
I used Serenity Pamper Parties for my family hen do as we wanted something really relaxing for our weekend away. From initial enquiry, the communication was good and due to timings, I was able to ensure we had two therapists at the same time so that we could fit in our evening activities. The therapists arrived on time, were professional and friendly. They set up quickly and ensured the rooms were nicely set up for a relaxing atmosphere. The massages themselves were soooo good and we all came out a little sleepy but so relaxed. I would highly recommend and would use again!

I booked Serenity for a girls' weekend away in North Wales. I've been under a lot of stress lately and this was just what I needed! Booking was so easy and communication was excellent. I had a few questions beforehand and Serenity always came back to me straight away and really made me feel looked after.Everything was really well organised and the two therapists were friendly, punctual and very professional. It was clear that the highly qualified therapists knew exactly what they were doing and put us at ease straight away. We had a range of treatments: facials, massages and deluxe manicures and pedicures. The luxury back, neck and shoulder massage was AMAZING, I don't think I've ever felt so relaxed and it really helped me to feel less stressed! We all loved our treatments and enjoyed it so much that we've actually already made our next booking for another friend's birthday in October! Definitely recommend Serenity for a good pampering!
