I recently booked Serenity to provide a hen do pamper party for 12 people at short notice. The team were really helpful in getting things organised so quickly and, even though it was short notice, really helped to make it a stress-free experience. I was also able to speak to the two therapists booked shortly before the day itself to discuss directions, arrival time and room set-ups, etc. This was really useful as it meant that everything went smoothly on the day. The therapists who attended were very professional and polite and everyone was happy with their selected treatment. I would not hesitate to use Serenity again for another experience in future!
