I ordered a Dachshund Light based on the high-quality images on the website. Unfortunately, the item I received bore no resemblance to the photos; the quality was incredibly poor and it looked nothing like what was advertised. Even the dog shape was incorrect which proved they used AI generated or fake photos. When I contacted support to return it because it was 'not as described', the problems started:They initially offered a 10% refund to keep the unwanted item. When I refused, they insisted I pay for tracked postage to China to get a refund, despite their website listing an address in the Netherlands. They refused to cover return postage costs, which is a breach of consumer rights when an item is faulty or misdescribed.I did not accept this. I raised a Chargeback dispute with my bank, provided them with the evidence of the misleading product and the unfair return demands, and my bank issued a full refund immediately.Be careful: The website looks local, but the return policy is designed to make it impossible to get your money back. If this happens to you, do not accept the partial refund—go to your bank.Or just don't order from this website. They advertise products that look good but you'll receive items that look nothing like the item advertised.
