This lamp is beautiful and it has been the perfect finishing touch for my home office. I also did not expect it to be so flexible, as it can be bent to fit my space, which was a great bonus.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I purchased two rechargeable wall lights from this company and there was no remote controller in there. They will not post one out as I have thrown the packaging away. Why would I be dishonest about a remote control missing! I now have wall lights that are not useable unless I get a step ladder to switch them off. The delivery time was long and they are not a Norwegian company. Luckily I paid by American Express so I am now in dispute with this company! Wish I had looked on trust pilot first as I would not have ordered from them. Customer service is atrocious. Purchase at your peril!
They are a scam! Beware! This is the problem with online purchases. There is just no way to tell. This company is pretending to have offices in the Netherlands but who knows where they are actually located. My lamp order still has not arrived and they tell me it’s undergoing quality checks!
After waiting weeks for 2 minimal LED lamps when they arrived one was poorly welded and the other damaged. But that was the least of the issues, they were of the poorest quality almost £60 for 2 lamps that if I would have seen in a shop wouldn’t have paid £6 for. Further from that I have sent over 8 emails to try and source a refund process only to be told I will need to pay for shipping back to china !! This is an absolute scam of a company do not buy !!
Nice product overall and it looks good once set up. Delivery took a bit longer than expected, and the item wasn't exactly what I imagined, but the customer service was responsive and tried to help. With a few improvements, it could be perfect.
I would give 0 starts if I could. The wrong item was sent and now I’m being expected to cover the shipping cost myself to receive a refund. The customer service responses are robotic and repetitive. Honestly the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.
I placed an order for a lamp. A few days later I received an email explaining that it wasn't available. They offered me a refund or credit, I opted for credit. It did take some time and I had to chase them, but I now have a full refund.
Absolutely terrible product, they obviously used AI photos to promote this lamp…what I actually received after nearly a month was a monstrosity…To be fair their customer service department were very polite, but basically refused to allow me to return the product, instead they offered me 100% off another product to the value of my original purchase…I don’t think so, I don’t want anymore tat in my house..I eventually contacted my bank who issued a full refund…avoid at all costs…
