Scam. Scam. Scam. SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Their website no longer exists as it once did. I contacted Shop and Shopify to let them know the situation especially after receiving weird random texts telling me to contact my bank for a charge back and giving me some Instagram account that is allegedly the owner of the company. I contacted the company's "customer service" about a refund which gave me even more of a runaround: still monitoring...still in route...and then today I got this: Thank you for contacting us regarding your concern and we sincerely apologize for inconvenience caused. It seems like a problem occurred while shipping your order and so, we are unable to ship it now and we recommend that you process a chargeback instead so that the money will be returned to you. This is because a refund is an option that we do not have as of the moment due to the same problem that caused your order to be delayed. To initiate a chargeback, please reach out directly to your card-issuing bank or financial institution, as they are responsible for processing chargeback requests. When you contact them, be sure to provide:The transaction details (date, amount, and merchant name)Any supporting documentation (receipts, email correspondence, or evidence related to the dispute)A clear explanation of the reason for the disputeYour bank will review your case and guide you through any additional steps required.
