Review Time
I ordered bracelets for my daughter for Xmas. They never arrived. I emailed serephine asking that they either refund my money or complete the order. No answer so I contacted my bank to do a dispute which they did and refunded the amount.
Complete Rip-off. I placed an order on 9/23/2025 and after a month of waiting, I contacted them, only to receive constant replies that it was on its way. Now, 2.5 months later, I still have received nothing, just repeated emails stating it's on its way. Exercise caution when purchasing anything online.
This is a fraudulent business. I placed an order for jewellery on 10th October 2025, and it still hasn't arrived. No tracking number was provided. I've received emails stating that it's on its way and that the delay isn't their fault, which shows they accepted my order and took my payment. Now, there’s been no communication, and they have altered their online presence with a new name and logo. They seem to be promoted by supermodels and featured in fashion magazines—do they realize they are backing a fraudulent company?
How can we connect with this company that seems to be scamming numerous customers? I placed my order on 10/18/25. The tracking feature is non-functional. My emails remain unanswered. This situation needs to be addressed. It's now been over 30 days since my order was placed.
I ordered items a month ago and still haven't received them. It's clearly a scam! I received an email with a tracking link that is ineffective. Avoid this company at all costs. They keep promoting a buy one get one free deal on social media, only to reveal it's a massive scam!
The items appear to be a scam. I ordered on 2/11 and have received messages to track the item, but the tracking button does not work. Today, I got an email saying the jewellery worth £49.00 has been delivered, but I have received nothing and have no way to recover my funds.
I placed an order over six weeks ago and still have not received it. Each time I contact them, I’m told it’s in transit and not marked as lost. The tracking link they provide is ineffective, and the original link says it's still waiting for the package. I've emailed them over twenty times and have now requested an immediate refund since they can't fulfill my order. Their response was that they are forwarding the refund request and it should be processed in seven days. This company is a SCAM, and it’s disheartening because I won't support small businesses again.
If I could give a rating below zero, I certainly would; it's a scam. I ordered on October 2, and now it’s November 26, yet I still haven’t received anything. They keep saying it's in transit, so I had to contact my bank to reverse the payment. Do not order anything from them; their support team just keeps saying they understand my frustration, but these things take time. I disagree. Shame on them.
Complete scam, please do not purchase from this company. My items never arrived after several weeks, and they've never provided real tracking information. I keep getting generic responses. Extremely disappointed and would give no stars if possible!
