I placed an order over six weeks ago and still have not received it. Each time I contact them, I’m told it’s in transit and not marked as lost. The tracking link they provide is ineffective, and the original link says it's still waiting for the package. I've emailed them over twenty times and have now requested an immediate refund since they can't fulfill my order. Their response was that they are forwarding the refund request and it should be processed in seven days. This company is a SCAM, and it’s disheartening because I won't support small businesses again.
