Update on Nov 19th- its now been 50 days now since i ordered and still no delivery. Contacted customer service several times who assure me the package is not lost and is still in transit and therefore they cannot refund my money. And by the way the serephine.co website has disappeared, it now says "coming soon". Does anyone know if we can file a fraud complaint with our credit card company to get the money back.I ordered a bracelet 26 days ago and was told item would be delivered within 5-7 business days. When I track the package, I get the same update everyday "Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility."Item supposedly shipped from China, DO NOT TRUST or BUY!!!
