I have purchased lots over the years. Recently bought two earrings on 1st July. One has broken. Contacted customer support for a replacement they have tried telling me this order is over a year old!! Shocking. Waiting for resolution. Update now serge denimes has finally replied months later. I wasn't sent a replacement. You sent out the wrong replacement which still hasn't been corrected and the overall experience has left me never wanting to shop with you as a company again as your customer services is awful and not worth the hassle of months of back and forth with no proper resolution
