I'm currently waiting for an order that I purchased two weeks ago after reading a lot of these reviews I am quite concerned I won't receive my item. I was excited to order from this company as the product looked great and I was sure the person I was gifting it to would love it. However, Royal Mail still after two weeks says it has not received my order and I've had no update since. I have emailed customer service on multiple occasions and even tried via Instagram. I have had initial responses via both but then no further investigation. I found this astonishing as I work in retail myself and our customer service approach is to go above and beyond for the customer to make sure they are happy and I know we do this. However, this company does not seem to care that they have taken my money and left me with no answers or any way of contacting them. I would like them to resend or refund my purchase otherwise, it does in fact seem that they do this for a lot of orders and that's purely just stealing people's money.
