Returned items for exchange over a week ago. Tracking shows return was received 2 days later, yet 7 days later I’ve had no notification of my return being received, or details of my exchange, or shipping. They currently have my money, and my order. Customer service is abysmal. Says emails will be responded to within 48 hours but I’ve heard nothing. Avoid.
