I placed an international order on April 29th because the item was not available in their US store. I did not get any updates about the shipment so I reached out to their support team (UK). An agent called Jourdan told me "I believe the details of this order have flagged a problem on our system." He then said that the order was cleared and would ship 4 days ago but still no progress on my order. I have sent him a few emails and still no response. I never had this issue with international orders before, but this experience is frustrating! The fact that you cannot reach out to them over the phone is really not ideal!
