I ordered 2 necklaces at the same time on the 1 December. Only 1 of the necklaces arrived in the first delivery. I was assured a second necklace was on its way. I received a message from the courier and realised that I would not be home for delivery so requested that the necklace was delivered to our local post office. The necklace has never arrived. I contacted the courier, raised an investigation, after which SD told me the necklace had been delivered . I have never received a pick up pass from the courier and have been twice anyway to the post office in case the necklace had arrived. They do not have the parcel. SD are now raising another investigation. I am left out of pocket with no necklace 4 weeks down the line. Shocked at such poor service, the item has been lost and yet no refund. I have asked for this to be referred to senior management before Christmas and am waiting for a response
