What went well? I placed an order on 12/7/25, and as of 12/22/25, it’s still unprocessed. I emailed on 12/18/25 to ask about the order, and on 12/19/25, I received a vague response stating it would take 1-2 business days. Then, on 12/22/25, I was informed my order was canceled, which I never initiated. It’s disheartening to see a company with a long history conduct business like this; I’m thoroughly disappointed.
