I placed an order on 12/7/25, and as of 12/22/25, it remains unprocessed. After reaching out on 12/18/25, I received a vague reply on 12/19/25 saying it would take 1-2 business days. Instead, I was informed on 12/22/25 that my order was canceled, which I never requested. It’s disappointing to see a company with a long-standing reputation manage orders so poorly.
What went well? I placed an order on 12/7/25, and as of 12/22/25, it’s still unprocessed. Then, on 12/22/25, I was informed my order was canceled, which I never initiated. It’s disheartening to see a company with a long history conduct business like this; I’m thoroughly disappointed.
Absolutely awful! I purchased trousers and a jacket, and after just two wears, the trousers ripped in two spots—one by the pocket and another along the front seam. I reached out to customer service, but they offered no solutions. An alterations specialist confirmed the material is cheap. This brand used to be reputable, but now it's overpriced and offers poor quality with unhelpful service!
Beware of excessive return fees! I ordered three jackets to find the right size and returned two. The shipping cost was €25, and returns are charged at €30 each, totaling €85 just for shipping and returns on a €300 order—completely unreasonable. I’ve never faced such high return fees internationally. Only order if you're sure you won’t need to return anything. This has been one of my worst online shopping experiences.
I ordered a tracksuit that never arrived. Customer service took weeks to respond and claimed the package was delivered, denying responsibility for missing items. I provided proof that I have never lost a package in six years of living here. Despite their tracking showing it was sent back to the distributor, they are scamming me out of $290. The Better Business Bureau has rated them poorly for similar incidents.
42 days have gone by! Nothing! No items, no refund, and no communication! I can’t even get my money back via PayPal. This has been the worst purchasing experience. I've wasted so much time on emails and chats, and I’m not the only one. I can't believe this is happening.
