I had a terrible experience with this brand. I ordered a tracksuit for over £300, and the zip fell off after a few uses. I’ve bought cheaper jackets that lasted for years. I purchased this as a Christmas gift, and after 30 days, they refused my refund. I will be contacting my bank and financial ombudsman. Please avoid this company; it has taken three months of back and forth for a credit note that I won’t accept!
