I want to commend the customer service for their exceptional support. I experienced a delivery issue, with my order arriving a day late, but when I opened the package, one corner was damaged and a loaf was squished. I provided feedback to customer service, and even though I mentioned it was still edible, they promptly sent a replacement for the entire order. Excellent service from a fantastic company. I highly recommend it for anyone on a low-carb diet, particularly the bread, which is wonderful.
