Wow what a responsive business! .. the courier used delivered my package to the wrong address. I contacted SRSLY as soon as I realised and they sent me out another package the same day. They will be taking up the lost package issue with the courier service.

I absolutely love all of the offerings. I recently sampled the seeded rolls, and they are incredible. I can't wait to try the White Rolls with bacon and mushrooms in the morning. Also excited to enjoy the croissants with my new low carb jam, which is fantastic. Definitely a 10/10!
As a long-time customer, I genuinely believe they offer the best low carb bread on the market. It makes fantastic sandwiches and toasts beautifully. I was excited when they introduced the sliced seeded bread. My favorites among the rolls are the seeded rolls and mini croissants. They cover most options, but I would love to see small assorted dinner rolls. I suggested this last year as well; it could be a seasonal item for the holidays. No one provides small dinner rolls, and low carb diets don't pause for the festive season. Overall, the delivery is very prompt, and the product quality is exceptional.
I am very pleased with the service provided. There was a minor issue with my order, caused by a technical and courier error, which meant I wouldn't receive it, but they quickly resolved the issue and sent me a replacement package. Their communication has been excellent, with responses to my emails within 24 hours. I will definitely be ordering again.
The selection is impressive, and the delivery service is excellent. However, the website could use some improvements, as I faced challenges when trying to modify my repeat order until I reached the chat support. I wanted to remove an item completely, but the minimum I could set was one. A more user-friendly interface would be beneficial. I really enjoy the bread, especially the seeded variety, but I'm not a fan of the long hot dog rolls—they seemed a bit tough.

I want to commend the customer service for their exceptional support. I highly recommend it for anyone on a low-carb diet, particularly the bread, which is wonderful.
