I spoke to Customer Service at Serious Sips about my order price being raised (without explanation) at checkout after I sign in. Customer Service blamed the delivery companies like UPS and USPS. She said they charge more to deliver to a residence than a business. I never ever had an incident in my 60 years, that I was charged more for delivery because my address was not a business.
