I was disappointed in Servbank in the beginning. I started in April '24 with an application to assume another loan. Didn't get closed until Sept. '24. It seemed disorganized in the departments and their paperwork. Constantly having to give same information that was given at an earlier time. However, in the end I had a great person who helped me set up my account to be able to make my house payments. He was very patient, encouraging, and helpful in me getting my monthly payment setup.
