POOR FOLLOW-UP; Would give **ZERO** stars rating

Would give zero stars rating, if it were possible. As an AI summary of this company states, the timeframe for addressing approved claims is lengthy and there are many poor reviews. I received 3 letters promising a tech visit in 48 hours. No tech ever contacted me for an issue with a remote control for an adjustable bed from Mattress Firm. I submitted the service request online via the Serveco platform a month into the original warranty. I later sent 2 follow-up emails and never received any reply. Amazingly, in checking the online status of the request, Serveco lists it as "COMPLETED" although their technician has NEVER come to my house. **Update** I called Serveco & was told the case was closed because the technician had attempted to call me twice with no answer. (but the had a valid email address) They almost instantly stated the "wrong telephone number was punched into the order". The agent reissued the request & I did get a confirmation email. **UPDATE #2 Serveco sent an email on 9/25/2025 stating that my service request was routed to "WebTech" and that I would be contacted by a tehnician within 48 hours. As of today, 10/02/2025, 144 hours later, I have not been contacted. My service # is not in their online system any longer. At this point I have a $2k+ adjustable bed from ***Mattress Firm*** and the remote does not work. I will not pursue this any further. I do not want their employees in my home, if they are this unreliable.
