My dad, a retired firefighter, is battling multiple types of cancer linked to his service. He bought an electric recliner to help with mobility due to severe pain in his spine. I reached out to the support team two weeks ago and received a request for pictures and warranty details shortly after, which I provided. After a week without any updates, I contacted customer service to express my frustration. They assured me that the resolution department would be in touch, but we are still waiting. In the meantime, we ordered a chair from another seller. I regret that my parents didn't check the support team's reputation before purchasing the warranty, which seems nearly useless.
I bought a mattress and bedframe, but the remote for the bedframe doesn't work. I contacted the company, and they directed me to the support team. Nearly a month has passed, and despite providing the serial number multiple times, they keep asking for it again. I even gave the serial number directly to a representative. At this point, I regret my purchase as I can't even use the remote to adjust the bed or access the massage feature.
I purchased a DreamCloud mattress and bedframe. The remote didn't work for the bedframe. I called DreamCloud, the referred me to ServeCo. It's been almost a month, I have provided the serial number several times and they are still asking for the serial number again. I even call and provided the serial number to a ServeCo rep. I wish I'd never purchased the bed at this point. I can't even use the remote to raise/lower the bed, use the massage etc.
If I could give 0 I would! Horrible care and they find every excuse to deny claims. We purchased Platinum plan We have had to replace USB ports once then those went bad and they shipped more ports after about a month. However tech didn’t show up for over 2 months after. We put them on ourselves after waiting for at least a month I’m sure it was more, claim was file at first of May 25 and they showed up 11/20/25! I also reported leather finish worn or came off in small area about 10” wide but rest of the 3 seats the couch has, had no problems… clearly defect but they deemed it normal wear!!! $3000+ Leather couch and a section 3” by 10” finish come off yet 6’ couch rest is fine…. Not normal. I might add the household has 4 adults and 3 children and 2 small dogs and this is only issue with the entire couch finish. Stay away from any purchases that offers SERVECO warranty!
This is the 3rd visit from ServeCo for furniture repairs. The first to the technicians missed the reported service window by 1 and almost 3 hours. I asked for this appointment to be the first appointment of the day and was told they would put it in the comments. I received an email and text at 8PM tonight saying they scheduled the appointment for between 2:30-5:00PM tomorrow. Of course they send the notification out after hours so you can not contact them to re-schedule or complain. Well they will have to reschedule it for another day. THEY are a HORRIBLE service company that does not put the customer first.
useless, they sent parts for my Lazyboy couch 6 months ago, it is still not fixed. Then they assign me to another company , SAW furniture repair, their tech couldn't get a bolt out of a 2 year old couch. Shame on Lazyboy, Servco and Saw, still have a several thousand dollar couch that doesn't work

I received 3 letters promising a tech visit in 48 hours. No tech ever contacted me for an issue with a remote control for an adjustable bed from Mattress Firm. I submitted the service request online via the Serveco platform a month into the original warranty. I later sent 2 follow-up emails and never received any reply. Amazingly, in checking the online status of the request, Serveco lists it as "COMPLETED" although their technician has NEVER come to my house. **Update** I called Serveco & was told the case was closed because the technician had attempted to call me twice with no answer. (but the had a valid email address) They almost instantly stated the "wrong telephone number was punched into the order". The agent reissued the request & I did get a confirmation email. **UPDATE #2 Serveco sent an email on 9/25/2025 stating that my service request was routed to "WebTech" and that I would be contacted by a tehnician within 48 hours. As of today, 10/02/2025, 144 hours later, I have not been contacted. My service # is not in their online system any longer. At this point I have a $2k+ adjustable bed from ***Mattress Firm*** and the remote does not work. I will not pursue this any further. I do not want their employees in my home, if they are this unreliable.
I echo many of the reviews. Total waste of money. If you read every single word in the warranty they basically cover NOTHING. Which I unfortuantely found out after the fact. I bought the extra pet protection for 5 years. After about a year, all of a sudden little threads starting pulling out from the fabric all over the back cushions. I don't even think my dogs did it based on where the threads were and that my dogs almost never go on the couch. Claim was denied as not covered.
It is a scam. I purchased the Pet coverage for a couch I just purchased in February 2025 and recently filed a claim for urine soiling from my dog from a single incident. turns out it has to be "cumulative" damage...so they didn't cover it! I am LIVID. Whats the point of having this coverage if all they do is find ways to decline the claims. Now I have a dog pee couch and their cleaner sucks and did nothing. I can see now that all of their reviews are bad...how are they still in business
