I am utterly disappointed in myself for paying 500$ for a full warranty on my sofa. To be told that another company would cone to access the damage with parts. The back bust out of a brand new sofa. Step up serveco . Take responsibility - the springs gave way and the back board bust through the fabric. So far since March 5th I have been corresponding with serveco who sent my request to proto poli and now it’s sent to the retailer. But each company I contact tells me to contact the other company. My warrenty is under serveco - over a month of being told numerous times through email and text that someone will contact me in 48 business hours. 1.5 months later and still trying to get answers March 5 2024- April 14 2024
