I paid for VPS hosting and later added account credit. Unfortunately, the VPS became unreachable overnight: - SSH connection refused - VNC console showed no boot or GRUB output - Management panel frequently timed out. Support responded but attributed the issue to my environment. However, the web application had been functioning normally before this incident. If only SSH was affected, the web service should have still been accessible, which it was not. Support could not resolve the issue. The VPS was eventually cancelled, and only the most recent payment was refunded, while the previously added account credit was not returned. This experience makes the service unsuitable for production workloads. IMPORTANT!!! VPS became inaccessible, service cancelled, and account credit not refunded.
