I purchased VPS hosting and later added account credit. Unfortunately, the VPS became unreachable overnight: - SSH connection was refused - VNC console showed no boot or GRUB output - Management panel frequently timed out. While support responded, they blamed the issue on my environment. However, the web application had been functioning well prior to this problem. If only SSH was impacted, the web service should have remained accessible, which it was not. Support could not fix the issue. The VPS was ultimately cancelled, and only the latest payment was refunded, while the previously added account credit was not returned. This experience renders the service inadequate for production workloads. IMPORTANT!!! VPS became inaccessible, service was cancelled, and account credit was not refunded.
