We've faced continuous network problems and connectivity drops, with the support team claiming each time that it was an isolated incident. Unfortunately, these issues were never truly resolved and only temporarily patched, causing us to delay migration based on their assurances. Now, we've endured severe downtime for days, impacting numerous websites and clients. Despite personal reassurances from the CEO, the situation remains unresolved, with no clear communication from the technical team. After 22 years in the hosting industry, I’ve never encountered such poor management. If uptime and reliability matter to your business, I recommend looking elsewhere.
