I do not recommend using this service. I reached out with the intention of renting a dedicated server in a specific location. From the start, we clearly outlined three essential requirements for our collaboration: The capability to announce our subnets from our own autonomous system (BGP). A BGP session to be set up on their end. The physical server location must be in the specified area. The sales representative assured us that all three requirements could be completely fulfilled. Afterward, the company took several weeks to move the server from another location, and we paid the invoice in good faith, trusting their assurances that everything would function correctly. I want to emphasize that the representative I communicated with was very responsive and helpful — interacting with him was significantly easier and more effective than the ticket correspondence. However, when it came time to announce our subnets, we discovered that the service could not meet this requirement. Both representatives admitted their mistakes: one provided incorrect information, and the other did not verify it. When I asked for a refund, they declined, citing a “no refund policy,” even though they openly acknowledged their error. This situation feels very much like fraud — one representative misled us, another failed to confirm the details, and in the end, they simply apologized and offered to shut down the server immediately. Naturally, I did not let it go — I initiated a chargeback through a payment platform, I’m filing this complaint regarding the company's actions, and I also plan to report the situation to the relevant authorities, as I believe this is a clear violation of consumer protection laws, misleading behavior, and the improper retention of funds for services that were never provided.
I wholeheartedly recommend this service for their outstanding commitment to customer satisfaction. We had specific requirements, and they collaborated with us to fulfill these and design the servers necessary to meet our benchmarks.
I've been with this service in LA for a long time. They increased their prices, which I can accept, but due to my PayPal subscription, the autopay amount didn’t change. Now, I have to switch to their surge server and pay the difference every time. Instead of helping me adjust the subscription, they sent a confusing email about the change and then followed up with a disconnection threat. I've had constant issues with their customer service, including getting incorrect information regarding my IP allocation. The overall experience has been disappointing, and I would advise others to look for a different provider.

Despite personal reassurances from the CEO, the situation remains unresolved, with no clear communication from the technical team. After 22 years in the hosting industry, I’ve never encountered such poor management. If uptime and reliability matter to your business, I recommend looking elsewhere.
I have been with this provider since 2016 and have experienced countless outages. I stayed due to the low prices, but my VPS has been down for an entire week due to an unexpected 'maintenance' or data center move. The support team has been unhelpful, providing no clarity on the situation or when the service will resume. Promises of quick restoration have repeatedly proven false, leaving me without service for days.
This has been a complete disaster. My server has been down for five consecutive days, and the support from this company is laughable. They respond once a day with generic answers and provide no real assistance. Their live chat is even worse, repeatedly saying, 'we're working on it' without any updates. I've encountered many hosting companies, and this is the worst by far. If your website matters, steer clear of this provider. When issues arise, you’ll be left waiting for days with empty reassurances. They show no concern for their customers or uptime. I regret trusting them with my data, and I advise others not to waste their time or money.
