After placing the order and researching elsewhere, I discovered that the DDR4 module is Optane memory and is not compatible with my server.When I requested a return, they stated they would deduct 20% plus return shipping. I had not opened the product. I tried to be reasonable and asked if they could instead deduct only the two-way shipping cost, but they refused and hung up the phone.Instead of returning the item, I may have to sell it to someone who actually needs it.I will never purchase from ServerOrbit again.
