I placed an order with Server Orbit and my credit card was charged immediately. Despite this, they cancelled the order claiming "non-payment." I reached out multiple times via email and their customer service chat, hoping to resolve the issue. Instead of helping, they told me I could re-order the part—at a higher price.We were tool down and had no choice but to place the second order. I followed up again to explain that our card had been charged for both the original order and the higher priced 2nd order. Their response from ETHAN in the customer service chat was "who cares about your statement" (I have a screenshot of this convo)—it was outright rude. Dismissive, condescending, and unwilling to investigate or acknowledge the issue.They’ve refused to issue a refund for the order they cancelled and have shown zero accountability. I’ve never encountered such hostile and unprofessional behavior from a company’s support team. Proceed with caution if you’re considering doing business with Server Orbit.
