Horrible. Ordered an access point and was going to use their discount for paying ACH or Paypal. Order goes in and sits as open ticket. Called them and they said they would email me a link to pay for order in an hour. Two days go by and two messages sent telling them no link, no response through their message system and today the order is cancelled. This place horrible service. Not even professional when they did answer the phone. Simple: Hello, nothing showing it was a business or such
