I purchased an LTO-8 Ultrium 30750 Tape Drive on 05/22/2025 and was told my order would be processed shortly. It’s now been almost a month, and I haven’t even received a tracking number. Their customer service is terrible – slow responses and no real help at all.I should have checked the other reviews before buying. They don’t deliver. Do not buy from these people. Completely unprofessional.
