I placed an order for a DL380 server battery and paid for overnight shipping, yet I never received any confirmation that the item was packaged or shipped. I had to call myself just to get a status update, and was told it would be handled the next day. When I reached out again through chat, my issue was not addressed at all. On my third attempt, I was informed that my order had been canceled without any explanation. This level of service is unprofessional, unreliable, and unacceptable, especially for critical server components. My experience with ServerOrbit has been nothing but frustrating and deeply unsatisfactory.
