My washing machine started leaking (Friday) - I contacted Service Box and was promised an update in 48 hours (Monday) - told I would receive a new machine (Wednesday) - new machine installed a week on Monday (2 weeks after 1st phone call)!! That’s what I call SERVICE!! Thanks, SB!!
