Great service from Ash ….Came from me being angry we the warranty still in date they put down to physical use ? Service is ok... Small print however means you get only the basic replacement.. the colour of appliances has no context within cover.. so if you have a black kitchen they'll replace with the cheapest white product!

My washing machine started leaking…

My washing machine started leaking (Friday) - I contacted Service Box and was promised an update in 48 hours (Monday) - told I would receive a new machine (Wednesday) - new machine installed a week on Monday (2 weeks after 1st phone call)!! That’s what I call SERVICE!! Thanks, SB!!
