I have had service box insurance for a few years but never had to use them,until now washing machine broke phoned service box they had a engineer out next day the machine was not economical to be repaired so they offered me a like for like which I am very pleased about. Wish all insurance companies were like these no problem from beginning to end would definitely recommend them so very helpful.
