I started using ServiceM8 a few months ago, it's completely changed our biz for the better! I definitely recommend using the learning roadmap, it is really set up to make sure we make the most out of the app. I am sure that I still have a lot to learn, and ServiceM8 makes it fun and interesting. My only negative is ServiceM8 support, and unfortunately it's enough of a negative (for me) to deduct 2 stars. There was an issue where a staff member was unable to access his scheduled jobs and it caused him to be over an hour late which significantly strained our already tightly booked week. Additionally, we needed to schedule an extra day of work for administration to solve the problem with support. The person from support was dismissive and after 2 days of back and forth "it should be working because he *should* be able to see it" and "well, he can't see it- that's the issue please help us"... they finally said "the only option is to delete and reinstall the app".... At that point, I just gave up and said "yep it works" even though it didn't and decided that we will just log hours by paper until it decides to fix itself/updates.It is incredibly important that we have access to immediate support when a huge portion of our business runs through this app. I have used other job management apps before, and their support teams far outshine ServiceM8's in terms of responsiveness and helpfulness. Which is very disappointing because the app itself is amazing when it works.
