Good software, but domain support needs improvement

Pros: The job management features like scheduling, quotes, and invoices are reliable. Cons: The website plugin domain transfer was a frustrating experience. What should have been a quick IPS tag change turned into weeks of delays and unhelpful responses. The support team seemed unaware that UK domains use IPS tag transfers, not EPP codes, suggesting incorrect procedures. For a company offering domain services to UK clients, this lack of knowledge is unacceptable. I incurred costs to resolve the issue directly and wasted hours on ineffective support. The result: I had to disable the website plugin and set up my own redirects. If you're offering domain registration in the UK, it's crucial to understand how UK domains function. To other users: While the job management features are solid, consider registering your domains directly with a knowledgeable UK registrar.

The best field service management software available!

This is by far the BEST software we have ever used for our HVAC business. We previously used other platforms, but none compare to this one. The team has created an outstanding platform and continuously rolls out new features and upgrades. There is a small learning curve initially, but once you adjust, you can't imagine working without it. It has all the features we need, including integrated communication tools and a marketplace for unique add-ons. Their tech support is remarkable, typically responding within a minute. All of this comes at a fraction of the cost of other platforms. We couldn't be happier since making the switch!
